OPCOM, established in 1993, is headquartered in Taipei, Taiwan, with production bases in Xia-Men and Dong-Guan, China. As ChipCAM™ camera modules is our core product competence, OPCOM provides various integrated Consumer, Medical, Automotive, Security and Industrial applications for customers, and dedicates ourselves to the innovation and integration of Optoelectronics and Communication products to bring fashionable digital imaging devices in the daily life of consumers.
ISO9001 certified, OPCOM is the earliest CCD camera manufacturer in China since 1994. We have been conducting research and development under the ODM brands, creating a series of internationally-acclaimed products with system concept design & solution capability on multi-chip camera module solutions. Built upon the experiences accumulated from previous collaborations with European, American, Asian and Chinese strategic partners, OPCOM positions ourselves as a total camera module solution integrator and created the first mass production line for micro camera module in year 2000, the ChipCAM™ range of products now have the highest share in Chinese mobile phone market.

Core Competence

Leveraging our vast experience in components design and production (COB, CSP, COF, COBF…), OPCOM has successfully integrated optical technology, electronics engineering, infrastructure, software design and ID into the design of key optical electronics components such as sensor, lens, DSP, laser dice, LED dice and LCD.
